- Close other apps using the camera.
- Reload the page and try again.
VIN won't scan
- Align the code inside the box.
- Switch to Printed VIN if the barcode is damaged.
- Avoid glare and move the camera closer.
Vehicle not showing on Auction Day
- Confirm you saved the vehicle.
- Check the auction date and lane.
- Pull-to-refresh on mobile.
