Prohibited Use

- Scraping or attacking the service
- Sharing or reselling account access unless authorized
- Attempting to bypass subscription limits
- Uploading malicious files
- Infringing intellectual property
- Using the service to deceive buyers or auction companies
- Attempting to obtain hidden auction data without authorization
User Data
Users retain ownership of their vehicle and business data, but grant Dealer Bid Pro permission to process it to provide the service.
Calculations and Estimates
Maximum bid, estimated value, repair estimate, risk score, profit estimate, CARFAX analysis and market value are informational estimates only.
Vehicle Inspection Responsibility

- Arbitration or PSI coverage

- Local laws
- Purchase decisions
Subscription and Billing
- Prices and billing frequency will be shown before purchase
- Subscriptions may renew automatically when clearly disclosed
- Users are responsible for canceling before renewal when applicable
- Taxes may apply
- Features and limits may depend on the plan
Suspension and Termination
- Nonpayment
- Security risk
- Abuse
- Fraud
- Legal violations
- Repeated breach of terms
Intellectual Property
The Dealer Bid Pro name, logo, software, design, documentation and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Services
Dealer Bid Pro may interact with auctions, CARFAX, cloud providers, payment processors and external report links. Dealer Bid Pro does not control third-party availability or accuracy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dealer Bid Pro is not liable for lost profits, incorrect estimates, vehicle defects, auction outcomes, data loss, service interruptions or third-party information.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Dealer Bid Pro harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and will post the updated version with a new effective date.
