Introduction
Dealer Bid Pro is a vehicle-auction decision and management platform for dealers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect

- Phone number
- Business name
- Authentication and account information
- Vehicle VIN
- Year, make, model and mileage
- Auction name, lane and run number
- Bids, costs, estimates and profit calculations
- Vehicle-condition notes and risk indicators
- CARFAX URLs
- Future uploaded vehicle-history reports
- Auction notes
- Device, browser, IP address and basic security logs
- Support communications
- Subscription and payment status when billing is later added
Dealer Bid Pro does not currently collect payment-card numbers directly. If billing is added in the future, payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor and Dealer Bid Pro should not store complete card numbers.

Automated Analysis
Future automated CARFAX or vehicle-history analysis may extract vehicle information, summarize service records, identify possible risks, estimate values, and suggest bid adjustments.
Automated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Users must independently verify all vehicle information. Automated analysis is not a mechanical inspection, appraisal, legal opinion or guarantee.

Dealer Bid Pro does not sell personal information for money. We do not promise that no sharing ever occurs.
Data Retention
We retain data while the account is active and as reasonably necessary for service operation, backups, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations and dispute resolution. You may request deletion, subject to lawful retention requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including authenticated access and per-user data separation. We do not claim that the service is completely secure or impossible to breach.

Dealer Bid Pro is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, users may be notified.
