Welcome to Dealer Bid Pro. Learn how the app helps you bid smarter.

Dealer Bid Pro helps used-car dealers calculate a Maximum Bid, manage CARFAX reports, and run an organized Auction Day on both desktop and mobile.

What you can do

  • Calculate a Maximum Bid for any vehicle.
  • Save vehicles and reuse their data.
  • Upload and analyze a CARFAX PDF.
  • Add a vehicle photo from camera or gallery.
  • Plan and run Auction Day on desktop or phone.
  • Quickly add vehicles in the lane by scanning the VIN.

How dealers usually work

  1. Open the Calculator and enter vehicle and auction details.
  2. Review the recommended Maximum Bid.
  3. Save the vehicle so it appears on Auction Day.
  4. On sale day, open Auction Day on your phone and follow the lane.
